The picture was taken in the small beach community of Ocean Beach in San Diego, California. Ocean Beach has been a neighborhood in San Diego since 1887, when two real estate entrepreneurs bought the land, laid out streets, and then sold plots at a big mussel roast on the beach. A laid-back beginning to a very laid-back beach town!
